These terms apply to mahaviraiclinic.com, operated by Mahavirai Dental and Medical Care, 11B, Ground Floor, Vipul Trade Center, Dhani, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122018. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site - you are always welcome to simply call us instead.

1. This website is not dental advice

Everything on this site - treatment pages, blog articles, the treatment finder and the chat assistant - is general information. It is written carefully and reviewed by a dentist, but it cannot take account of your mouth, your medical history or your medication, and it is not a diagnosis.

Nothing here creates a dentist-patient relationship. That begins when you are examined at the clinic. Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read here.

2. In an emergency

This website is not monitored continuously and must not be used to report an emergency. If you have severe pain, significant swelling, uncontrolled bleeding or a facial injury, call us on (+91) 98991-53961 during opening hours, or go to a hospital emergency department. Do not wait for a reply to a form or a chat message.

3. Appointment requests

Submitting the appointment form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed booking, and no slot is reserved until a member of our team confirms it with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. The confirmation email the system sends acknowledges that we received your request; it does not confirm a time.

Please give accurate contact details, and let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the slot can go to someone else.

4. The chat assistant

The chat button opens an automated assistant, not a member of staff. It can answer general questions about treatments, timings and booking. It does not diagnose, it does not quote prices for treatment, and it has no access to your records. Its answers may occasionally be incomplete or out of date - where anything matters, confirm it with us directly.

Do not enter medical history, identity numbers or payment details into the chat.

5. Fees, estimates and outcomes

This website does not publish treatment prices, other than the published package prices on our offers page. Fees depend on examination findings, and we provide a written estimate before treatment begins. Any figure discussed before an examination is indicative only.

Dentistry is biological, not mechanical. We describe typical results and typical timelines honestly, but no clinical outcome can be guaranteed, and individual results vary with anatomy, general health, habits and aftercare. Nothing on this site is a warranty of a particular result.

6. Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or another person’s details through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site
• Copy our content for commercial use without written permission
• Use the site for anything unlawful

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and clinical images on this site belong to Mahavirai Dental and Medical Care unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not republish our content as your own, and clinic photographs and patient images may not be reused at all.

Brand names of dental products and systems mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

8. Links to other websites

We link to third-party sites where they are genuinely useful - Google Maps, the government visa portal, and similar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Pages may be updated, moved or removed as treatments and information change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on general information published here. This does not limit our responsibility for the dental care we actually provide to you as a patient, which is governed by professional obligations and by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The version published here, with the date above, is the one that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
