Restorative
Dentures in Gurgaon
When several or all teeth are missing, well-made dentures restore the ability to eat, speak and smile with confidence. We provide the full range: complete dentures, partial removable dentures, over dentures, and implant-supported dentures that lock firmly in place.
The difference between a denture that sits in a drawer and one that gets worn every day is fit. We take the time to get impressions, bite and aesthetics right - and adjust until you are comfortable.

Dentures replace missing teeth and the gum around them, restoring chewing, speech and the support your cheeks and lips need to avoid a sunken look. A complete denture replaces a full arch; a partial fills gaps and clasps onto the teeth that remain.
The honest part of the conversation is stability. A well-made upper denture holds itself in place with suction across the palate and is generally comfortable. A lower complete denture has no such seal - it sits on a narrow ridge with the tongue underneath it - and even an excellent one can move while eating. If a lower denture is what you need, it is worth knowing about implant-supported options before you settle for adhesive.
Getting there takes several appointments, and each one exists for a reason: an impression that is a fraction out becomes a denture that rubs. We would rather spend an extra visit at the try-in stage than hand over something you end up leaving in a drawer.
Why patients choose us for this
Every type available
Complete, partial, over dentures and implant-supported options - matched to your mouth and budget.
Implant-supported stability
For slipping lower dentures, two to four implants can anchor the denture so it never moves while eating or speaking.
Natural appearance
Tooth shade, shape and gum contours are chosen to suit your face - not a one-size template.
Aftercare included
Fit adjustments in the settling-in weeks are part of the treatment, not an extra.
What to expect
- 01
Assessment
We examine the gums, any remaining teeth and bone, and discuss which denture type suits you.
- 02
Impressions and bite
Precise moulds and bite records are taken so the denture seats correctly.
- 03
Try-in
You preview the teeth in wax and approve appearance and bite before the final denture is made.
- 04
Fitting and follow-up
The finished denture is fitted, and follow-up visits fine-tune comfort.
Your options
Complete dentures
A full arch replaced, upper or lower. Made in stages with a try-in before the final version so you approve the look first.
Partial dentures
Fill gaps while clasping onto remaining teeth. Flexible tooth-coloured designs avoid visible metal clasps at the front.
Implant-supported dentures
The denture clips onto two or more implants. It does not move while eating and does not need adhesive - the usual answer to an unstable lower denture.
How long it takes
Four to five appointments over three to six weeks for a conventional denture. Expect a review a week or so after fitting, and a couple of small adjustments after that - this is normal, not a sign anything is wrong.
What it costs
Fees vary with the type, the material and the number of teeth. The estimate covers the fitting appointments and early adjustments so the price you agree is the price for a working denture, not just for the appliance.

What the next few days actually look like, so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Expect two to four weeks of learning - speech and eating both feel odd at first, and both settle
- Start with soft food cut small, chewing on both sides at once to keep the denture stable
- Take it out at night unless told otherwise, and keep it in water so it does not dry and distort
- Clean it over a basin of water with a denture brush; a dropped denture on a hard floor usually breaks
- Sore spots are fixable in minutes - come in rather than enduring them or adjusting it yourself
Frequently asked questions
How long do dentures take to get used to?
Most people adapt within 2-4 weeks. Speaking and eating soft foods improve quickly, and we adjust any sore spots during follow-up visits.
My existing denture keeps slipping. What can be done?
An implant-supported denture is usually the answer - a few implants anchor the denture firmly so it does not move. Ask us about suitability at a consultation.
How long do dentures last?
Typically 5-8 years. The mouth changes shape gradually, so dentures need relining or replacement over time to keep fitting well.
Will people be able to tell?
A well-made denture is designed to look like natural teeth, including slight irregularity - perfectly uniform teeth are what look artificial. You see and approve the arrangement at the try-in before it is finished.
Will I need adhesive?
A well-fitting upper denture usually does not. Lower complete dentures are harder to stabilise, which is where implant support genuinely changes things.
How often do dentures need replacing?
The jaw ridge keeps changing shape underneath, so dentures typically need relining after a few years and replacing after five to ten. A denture that has become loose can often be relined rather than remade.
