Because these are multi-generational homes, the person booking is often not the patient. A son booking for his mother's loose denture, a daughter-in-law asking whether her father-in-law is too old for implants, a grandparent bringing a grandchild. We are used to appointments where the patient and the decision-maker are two different people, and we plan the conversation accordingly.

Avoid 8.30 to 10.30am if you can; that is when Subhash Chowk is slowest. Mid-morning and early afternoon are easy.

- About five kilometres via Subhash Chowk and Sohna Road, twelve minutes when the road is clear.
- Is my father too old for implants?
- Probably not. We assess general health, medications and bone rather than age. A short consultation with an X-ray gives a clear answer.
- Can a loose denture be fixed without making a new one?
- Often, yes - a reline refits the existing denture to the current shape of the gum. If the teeth on it are badly worn, a new one is the better investment.
