People here are mostly at the settling-in stage - the school is chosen, the grocer is chosen, and the dentist is the next thing on the list. What we offer that list is boring in the best way: a clinic that knows the whole family, keeps records, and can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car when something needs looking at.

- From the eastern edge, yes - about fifteen minutes on foot. From further in, it is a five or six minute drive.
