Dental Implants in Gurgaon
A dental implant is the closest thing modern dentistry has to a natural tooth: a titanium root placed in the jaw, topped with a crown that looks, feels and chews like your own. Implants do not decay, do not rely on neighbouring teeth, and preserve the jawbone.
We use premium, internationally proven implant systems, plan every case with digital imaging, and walk you through the timeline and complete cost before anything begins.

An implant is a small titanium post placed into the jawbone where a tooth root used to be. Over the following months the bone grows onto its surface and locks it in place - a process called osseointegration - and a crown is then fitted on top. The result behaves like a tooth rather than an appliance: you brush it, you bite with it, and it does not move.
The reason implants matter more than most people realise is the bone. A jaw keeps its shape because chewing forces travel through tooth roots into it. Take the root away and the bone in that spot slowly resorbs, which is why long-term denture wearers develop a collapsed profile around the mouth. An implant restores that loading and largely stops the process. Waiting years after losing a tooth often means grafting bone back before an implant can be placed.
Not everyone is a candidate on day one. Uncontrolled diabetes, active gum disease, heavy smoking and insufficient bone all affect the outcome, and any of them is worth addressing before placing an implant rather than after. We would rather tell you that at the consultation than have an implant fail in year two.
Why patients choose us for this
Permanent and natural
Implants are fixed - no slipping, no removal at night, no diet restrictions once healed.
Protects other teeth
Unlike a bridge, an implant does not require grinding down healthy neighbouring teeth.
Bone preservation
The implant stimulates the jawbone like a natural root, preventing the sunken look of long-term tooth loss.
Transparent pricing
Complete cost - implant, abutment and crown - is explained upfront. No surprises.
What to expect
- 01
Planning
Digital X-rays assess bone quality and map the precise implant position.
- 02
Placement
The implant is placed under local anaesthesia - most patients describe it as easier than an extraction.
- 03
Healing
Over 2-4 months the bone fuses with the implant (osseointegration).
- 04
Crown
A custom crown is fixed to the implant, completing your new tooth.
Your options
Single implant and crown
One post, one crown. The neighbouring teeth are left completely untouched, which a conventional bridge cannot do.
Implant-supported bridge
Two or more implants carrying several teeth - fewer implants than missing teeth, and a fixed result.
Implant-supported denture
A denture that clips onto implants instead of resting on the gum. It comes out for cleaning but does not move while you eat.
How long it takes
Placement itself takes under an hour for a single implant. The bone then needs roughly three to six months to integrate before the crown is fitted, so plan on two main stages spread across a few months. If a graft is needed, add several months to the front of that.
What it costs
Implant fees depend on the system used, whether grafting is needed and what the final crown is made from. You get a written breakdown covering all three parts - implant, abutment and crown - before anything begins, so there is no second invoice later for a component you assumed was included.

What the next few days actually look like, so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Mild swelling and tenderness for two to three days; ice and ordinary pain relief handle it
- Soft food on that side for the first week
- Keep the area meticulously clean - implants do not decay, but the gum and bone around them can become infected
- Do not smoke during healing. Smoking is the single biggest avoidable cause of early implant failure
- Come for reviews. An implant that is monitored is an implant that lasts
The cheapest implant is rarely the cheapest outcome
Implants are not interchangeable. Established systems have decades of research behind them and, just as importantly, components you can still obtain in fifteen years when a crown needs replacing. A discounted implant from a system that has left the market can leave you with something that cannot be repaired - only removed.
Frequently asked questions
How much do dental implants cost in Gurgaon?
Cost depends on the implant system and whether bone grafting is needed. We provide a complete written estimate at your consultation - with no hidden additions later.
Are implants painful?
Placement is done under local anaesthesia and is comfortable. Most patients manage post-operative soreness with simple pain relief for a day or two.
How long do implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, implants routinely last decades - often a lifetime.
Does placing an implant hurt?
The placement is done under local anaesthetic and most patients describe it as easier than an extraction. The days afterwards involve mild soreness rather than significant pain.
Will I be without a tooth for months?
Not visibly. A temporary tooth is provided for front teeth and for most visible positions while the implant integrates.
How long do implants last?
Implants placed in healthy bone and cleaned properly can last decades. The crown on top is a wearing part and may need replacing sooner. Gum disease and smoking are what shorten implant life, not age.
I was told I do not have enough bone. Is that the end of it?
Usually not. Bone can often be grafted or the implant angled to use the bone available. It adds time and cost, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it in your case.
Are implants better than a bridge?
In most cases, because a bridge requires cutting down the teeth on either side, and those teeth then carry the load. A bridge still makes sense in specific situations - we will explain which applies to you.
International quality standards
The implant systems we place
The post that goes into your jaw is the part you never see and can never easily change, so it is worth knowing which one you are getting. We place established systems with long-term published survival data, and we tell you in writing which one is being used, and why, before any surgery begins.

Switzerland / Sweden
One of the original implant makers, and the system behind the All-on-4 full-arch concept.

Switzerland
Among the most heavily documented systems in dentistry, with decades of published survival data.

United States
Laser-textured surface designed to encourage bone and soft tissue attachment around the neck.

Germany
A tapered connection well suited to tight spaces and preserving the bone crest.
Zirconia implants
Metal-free option
A ceramic alternative to titanium for patients who would rather avoid metal, or where a thin gum could show a grey shadow.
No single system is best for everyone. Bone quality, the position of the tooth and your medical history decide which one suits your case - and that judgement is made after the scan, not before it.
