A dental website is marketing, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. What follows is how we try to keep it honest marketing: what our content is for, who checks it, and the things we do not do.

1. Nothing here is dental advice

The treatment pages, blog articles, treatment finder and chat assistant on this site are general information, published in good faith for education. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for being examined.

Your mouth, medical history, medication and habits all change what is appropriate for you. Two people with what looks like the same problem often need different treatment. Never delay seeking care, and never stop or change treatment you have been prescribed, because of something you read here.

2. Who writes and reviews this content

Clinical content on this website is written and reviewed under the direction of Dr. Shipra Jain (BDS, MDS), an Endodontist and the founder of the clinic. Where an article covers an area handled by one of our visiting specialists, it reflects how that treatment is actually carried out here.

We update pages when practice changes. Where a page describes typical timelines or recovery, those come from our own clinical experience and from standard practice - not from a copywriter’s idea of what sounds reassuring.

3. Results genuinely do vary

Timelines, number of visits and outcomes described anywhere on this site are typical cases, not promises. Healing depends on your anatomy, general health, smoking, diabetes, how you clean your teeth afterwards and factors nobody can predict in advance. Anyone in dentistry who guarantees you a result is telling you something they cannot know.

4. Advertising and product mentions

Where we name a material, implant system or brand, it is because we use it and have a clinical reason for choosing it.

We do not accept payment, commission or free product in exchange for recommending anything on this website, and no third party pays for editorial mentions here. This site carries no advertising for other businesses.

If that ever changes - for example if we join an affiliate arrangement - we will say so on this page and mark the relevant content clearly.

5. Patient images and testimonials

Clinical photographs of patients, including before-and-after images, are published only with the patient’s written consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

Before-and-after images show real cases treated at this clinic. They are not retouched to improve the result, and they show what was achieved for that person - not what will be achieved for you.

Reviews shown on this site are real reviews left by patients on Google. We do not write them, edit them or pay for them. The full set, including anything critical, is on our Google listing rather than curated here - the link is on the homepage.

6. Photography on this site

Photographs of our premises, our team and our clinical work are our own. Some general illustrative images used alongside educational content are licensed stock photography and do not show our clinic, our staff or our patients. We do not present stock imagery as though it were our own facility.

7. Where we use AI

The chat assistant on this site is automated software, not a member of staff, and it says so when you open it. It answers general questions about treatments, timings and booking. It does not diagnose, it does not quote treatment prices, and it has no access to patient records. Where a question needs clinical judgement, it will tell you to speak to us.

8. Fees quoted on this site

Other than the published prices of our Preventive Dental Care packages, this website does not quote treatment fees, because a meaningful figure requires an examination. You receive a written estimate before treatment begins. See our terms of service for more.

9. External links

We link to external sites - Google Maps, the government visa portal and similar - where they are genuinely useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Telling us we got something wrong

If you spot something on this site that is inaccurate, out of date or misleading, please tell us at dentalbyshipra@gmail.com. We would rather correct it than have it stand.
